Courier Services:
Once the package is handed over to the courier, Lumos Designs does not take responsibility for any damage, loss or any other issues which may arise,
For enquiries, the courier needs to be contacted directly. A tracking number will be sent to you once the package is handed over to the courier.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items for any reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We advise you use a trackable courier service or purchasing courier insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
