Returns Policy

Returns:

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will review the details of the concern and assist to the best of our ability.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Returns will be inspected before any action is taken.

 

Any custom made or personalised items are exempt from being returned or refunded. Always make sure that you are happy with the design and details before production.

We do not accept the following returns:

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings.

Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

 

For damaged or defective items, please email us immediately upon receipt.?

If you have received incorrect items in your order, please contact within 10 days of delivery of the items for assistance.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. 

Refunds will not be processed for:

  1. Any item not in original condition, damaged, opened or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  2. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

If eligible, refunds will only be processed once payment reflects.

We will not offer any refunds or exchanges on items you have purchased from a third party store that stocks our products, you will need to contact the store directly.

Sale items:

We cannot refund, cancel or accept returns for items purchased on sale.

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.

 

Return Shipping:

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items for any reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

We advise you use a trackable courier service or purchasing courier insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
